  4. CC Sabathia – NYY : The number of innings scares me, but also proves reliability.
  5. Dan Haren – ARI : Oh, what he could do without a 2nd half collapse.
  6. Felix Hernandez – SEA : True breakout still coming from the King.
  7. Johan Santana – NYM :  If healthy, should rebound nicely.
  8. Justin Verlander – DET
  9. Jon Lester – BOS
  10. Josh Beckett – BOS :  Very steady, in contract year.
  11. Adam Wainwright – STL :  Pretty old to only have 2 seasons over 200 IN.
  12. Chris Carpenter – STL :  Health concerns will STILL hold price down.
  13. Cole Hamels – PHI :  Now the #2 starter, some pressure off.
  14. Javier Vazquez – NYY :  This is a generous ranking.  Beware.
  15. Matt Cain – SF
  16. Cliff Lee – SEAWatch the ankle.

  18. Josh Johnson – FLA :  This kid is good.
  19. Jake Peavy – CWS :  Could be this year’s bargain.

  22. Ubaldo Jimenez – COL :  Not sold on him quite yet.
  23. Ted Lilly – CHC :  Rough spring so far, should be healthy.
